How to get there:

We recommend taking public transport, Waverton train station is 1km away (a short walk, even in heels). If you want to drive there is plenty of free parking on Woolcott Street. Look out for chalk arrows on the ground that will direct you to the exact location in the park for the ceremony. If in doubt, look for a group of nicely dressed people!

Wet weather plan:

A huge reason we live in Australia is the beautiful weather, but despite what the producers of Neighbours and Home and Away would like you to believe, it does rain! If it is raining we will have the ceremony inside the Waverton North Sydney Club. We will notify you via your email address of any changes.

Dress code:

Please do wear what ever you feel comfortable in. Blathnaid is going for low heels and something simple to allow maximum dancing capability. Norm will have a nice suit, best guess as to whether he will wear a tie.

Accommodation:

We chose this location for its convenience, most of our guests will be a quick train/bus/Uber ride home. If you need accommodation we highly recommend using AirBnB to find a bargain. Waverton is a fairly quiet spot, so we suggest instead to look in the Crows Nest/St. Leonards/North Sydney area. This is more "happening" and close to where we live.

If you prefer a straight-up hotel, we suggest Quest at St. Leonards, this is only 2 stops on the train from Waverton but in the heart of lots of restaurants and cafes. All of their rooms have a kitchenette to prepare a light bite.

Truly, we are just delighted that you gave up your precious time to join us on the day.
